with that much demand and so little supply, going to see large scalebacks for the broker firm and crucially the insto bookbuild which should have demand of over 5bn, for only a 1.5bn. instos esp. non cornerstones will get their allocations scaled back to 20-25% of their bid forcing them to buy in the after market.
