You have to wonder what the advisers are getting paid to do if they cant settle on a fixed price,
imagine buying any other large asset under the same parameters, would you buy a house and let someone else fix the price on it.
I think they might end up losing policy holders over this, expect the instos to talk it down, they will not want the public in on it.
