It would probably be a better investment for WRM to just go out and buy a few pounds of gold. Is there any hope that the court might not allow it to proceed? Just because a director or two would like convert a poor share holding to a more prospective one at a favorable price decided by them doesn't seem compelling in terms of independent oversight.
