The last site visit was in late January, JS, AH, and the local witch doctor were on-site, as shown on the CAMALCO website.
TT is saying the BoD have just got back empty handed from another visit, not to site, but to the front office of ol' Baya, and sat there like stuffed dummies until their thirst for aussie beer moved them to return home.
I believe TT has it right
