Thanks for your post mate. However, i do not agree with the SOI issue and also with the timing of the consolidation/split of shares. Consolidation has its own disadvantages involving cost, bookkeeping etc etc. Also the timing of consolidation is extremly important otherwise it could be a disaster with a potential to get back as low as half of the consolidation price. Normally should be done carefully when the market is very favourable. Could nt see this happening atleast till mid to long term. No need to play with it at this stage IMO.
SOI is not an issue at the moment. The type of resource we have would be compensated with the number of intended buyers. Moreover, 2.8B SOI is not a big big problem keeping there are many nano caps with not even half a price of MGT and have more SOI then MGT still fluctuating reasonably.
