Govt backs 1 cpy 1 pipe into the deserts there and in SA to feed mutliple users. Its sold as litres per second as an assett, more value than ore per tonne enough to treat supply as a serious earner to fund mining set up. The same as MGT, all landholders on board, govt backed get a JV for it and it's a huge hurdle behind us.
