Obviously it happened after a series of errors, since the very same plane was escorted by two Ukrainian fighter jets until 3 minutes before it disappeared from radar.”
All ATC is considered a job of strategic importance in Ukraine and only Ukrainians can be employed in such a position.
All Ukrainian ATC guys must speak fluent English Russian and Ukrainian. You will recall that the only available interview with Carlos the famous air traffic controller was conducted by RT and had to be carried out in Spanish as it was the only language Carlos could speak.
The famous Carlos opened a new twitter account and posted a string of reports on the alleged plot by the Ukrainian military to shoot down MH17. Immediately afterwards he closed his twitter account.
Carlos does not feature in any reports on MH17 apart from those emanating from Russia.
