a detached flaperon may indicate the plane fell tail down...it seems to be damaged as tho ripped off.
the question is whether being found on reunion still allows aircraft to be in the vicinity of diego Garcia.
ocean currents would suggest if crashed near Diego Garcia more wreckage,flotsam,would be scattered along the Madagascar coast...
which hasn't been identified yet.
being found only on reunion may indicate southern ocean crash site,
but if pieces are found along Madagascar coast,particularly the north east coast,
this would be indicative of a flight path past the Maldives as stated by numerous witnesses...who saw the plane around 6 am...
it could have flown south for an hour or two more....or as the strange iphone up the arse theory
landed at diego Garcia and taken off again to ditch it further south and east.
