To say someone is not normal in the context of their sexuality is not a derogatory term it just states the obvious
But of course this is all a great smoke screen as the debate is all about the use of the word marriage, the debate has nothing to do with any legal rights for homosexuals to form a legal union in Australia because they already have all those rights
