Disappointing that the Tories default position is yet again to throw unsubstantiated mud. They just love to demonise and character assassinate. It's in their DNA.
We know 99% of rumours are rubbish.
But we also know that if you throw enough of it, some will stick.
But will voters fall for this?
I think the public has had enough of this crap. The scandals, the crises, the talking about themselves, the incessant criticism for its own sake, the worthlessness of their convictions and policies that don't connect with most Australians. This will cost the Libs votes as the public get to see a government that is increasingly unhinged and off the rails, more concerned about muck raking and taking pot shots than about developing coherent, detailed policies that connect with voters.
This mob continue to act like a desperate opposition rather than a stable, forward thinking government.
