Silento made a point regarding Noble not releasing the SDL firm agreement to the SGX. I would agree that this is irregular and should be questioned.
To follow on from Mattys reference to china stepping in with 100% TO, it may not be unreasonable that Noble are slow to release this agreement to the market as they see there is a real chance that a 100% TO is on the cards. Until a firm agreement is made with EPC & mine, Noble may be slow to highlight the agreement to the market.
Just a thought, set me straight if I am not making sense!
