In modern software architecture, any product integration is done on the client side, by the client developers who would already be familiar their own existing technical environment.
Integration would be light because modern (esp. cloud) products hare designed to minimise coding. The actual LVT product codebase will never be editable by the customer.
Configuration and integration work are determined by the customer tech team and referenced by the LVT sourcecode. So a large LVT support team will not be required to manage multiple code bases.
LVT is in fact a products company, not a solutions business (by your defn.).
Don't take my word for it, simply ask any software engineer/architect.
