Because from my understanding, ASX pretty much careless about a listed company financial viability.... they only concern about the company shares whether or not still trading.
So not paying listing fees, yes. Nobody trading, volume dry up, extremely low volume, yes. Not submit required documents, yes.
Not performing like a business, maybe yes.
Anything to do with company financial, NO....that's what i understood.
