Usually for trading halts for exploration the best ones are exploration results, that's what both SFR and SIR had unfortunately I was a little too young and broke to invest at the time, exploration updates are more to inform the market about the happenings, two recent examples that come to mind are SGQ as they have gone into trading halts for exploration updates.
