the board seems inept in understanding the oil/gas game.hence they are forced to seek outside consultants,for every step of the way on any given process athand.
the current board not fit to run any oil/gas coy.
one may well as why the lack of communicating with sh/holders.....'cause they have no clue what they do.
ignorance on their part is indeed a major concern.
