I've been there done that, seed investor in mining company, price heading down, everyone telling me it's going to be ok. As the dam wall broke, it all ended with a couple weeks of in calls and return calls to/from T20 holders "it's not me selling, i swear". Next month the sell notices appeared. My own fault for not being more switched on. A few legal letter later and some additional costs, we all lost our dough. Happens.
