MNS Share price

I guess the anxiety expressed by Adriano, Jaded, 1973 and others can be explained by the MNS share price. Hey - here we have a company advising of not one but two off take agreements supposedly the largest yet made in this graphite industry and what happens to the share price? Managed about a 2 cent gain. WOW. Is that hot or isn't it? Well actually no it isn't. I guess this simply boils down to the fact that the market quite frankly doesn't think much of it at all. I wonder why? What else might the market be thinking about?
