I can actually see the HC point of view but hopefully this gets resolved. (my opinion!)

Perhaps there are other (biotech) companies complaining. The ("in my opinion") statement is personal whereas the broad post was on behalf of the company. It's all a bit questionable of DrT really ... and if you disagree, fine, you have your opinion also.

DrT has done wonders for communications with shareholders and this is just a case of helping to define the communications limits on HC ... he sure tested them.

I'm still in awe of the timing of the last SPP and how successful it was ... that, in my opinion, was a masterstroke from the BoD and is way more significant than any tiff with HC.
