If Cooke and Foster are prepared to seek legal action "War"" on a S/H class action against Weeks or the NICC - Cooke and Foster would legally and publicly being putting the comings and goings of their actions and Star management under the microscope ,so this doesn't add up At the end of the day Robbie Cooke is standing up for Star Shareholders.and I'm grateful ..I think Cooke has done some good work , juggling QW opening - which is getting excellent reviews ,re- financing , rebalancing the management changes etc and then Motley Fool reports his leaving is part of a agenda for a Takeover by Larry ,sorry I meant Private equity in the last week as Crown regains their Melbourne licence .I smell a rat.The Star longs are pretty battered and bruised mate
