I was looking to buy back in recently but decided to hold back to see the HY result and outlook. It's better to pay a 10% premium on today's close for a good result than sit on a 20%+ loss for a bad result. If this report shows no improvement, you'll be looking at a new low.
If I was to bet, I would say the revenue decline has largely stopped, but forecast is for flat revenue - i.e. no growth. If that were the case, I think it'll go up a few percent, but won't pop on open.
