    Indeed there are plenty of bug’s we can vaccinate against, I would never suggest anything is impossible.

    Poliovirus, Measles and the like have shown that it’s possible to build vaccines that can reduce infections.

    The issue with respiratory viruses is that they mutate at such a rate that the boffin’s don’t have enough time to blink (let alone build and test a vaccine) before the virus mutates.

    That’s why after decades of Flu jab’s we still have the Flu.

    Changing the definition of what a vaccine is so the health authorities could call these novel treatments “vaccines” still doesn’t change the fact that any and every attempt at trying to find a remedy to beat any respiratory virus has failed.
