anyone think that applying some kinds of new laws or taxes on property to free up spare bedrooms and empty houses (those that are truly 'empty' and practically potentially available)
anyone at all think that -------- new legislation to control such would be 'easy'??
the bonehead brigade just can't get to grips with it that the housing crisis - is a complex and almost impossibly politically unfixable situation
is it 'fixable'? ------------ well, yes - there are solutions and if one was dictating after a military coup ------------ yep, one could employ 'easy' mechanisms
in the real world though -------------- 'easy' ---------- arrrrh, no
