New letter from the Board on how to vote and telling us they are fully compliant with listing rule 3.1 in relation to "continuous disclosure".
Then they ring chasing votes - well my loss here is $450K get it back to above 30 cents and stop sucking us small shareholders dry. IMO the board may have disclosed as required but actually contributed to shareholder value not even on the radar!
