The writing is well and truly on the wall. It's now 'when' not 'if' and anyone still denying this is a fool. Another article in herald sun today on pending out of cycle rate rises. RBA is now only going to have influence of business loans and deposit holders if it adjusts rates. Residential property owners need to start preparing for rises both out of cycle and potential in cycle during 2017 (late that year is my guess)
