What exchange do you recommend, (if at all considering all the fallout regarding bad exchanges)?

I sidestepped this last 90% +++ decline and will be looking at entering gradually over the "crypto winter".

Have some that I am looking at in the top 30.

I would be more that happy with a "modest" 5x return. Hope you get your 1000x. Plenty of early buyers in crypto have killed it.
