Interesting fella Chris Kyle. Had 160 confirmed kills. Not part of the movie but he supposedly said he was hired by the Government to snipe looters in New Orleans post Hurricane Katrina. He was also believed to have killed two car jackers attempting to take his car. He was involved in a lawsuit with ex Governor (and ex-SEAL) Jesse Ventura after he supposedly punched Jesse over some comments he made about SEALs.
I didn't really like the movie myself. My 75 year old mum saw it with her mates at their cheap arse Tuesday matinee and she loved it. To quote her "...he should have killed more of those b$@$@$ds". I guess the ones that got away may have eventually ended up with ISIS.
