Well at least Talga aren't mincing words with their letter to the Swedish Govt. about these delaying tactics...
Talga's letter to the government states, among other things: "This is entirely dependent on Sweden's permit processes, including the current zoning plan. The processes that Talga is involved in are extremely time-critical to meet the expectations of investors as well as customers and entrepreneurs, but also to be able to supply Sweden and Europe with graphite in this critical situation."
