The Farmer sell off hasn't eventuated as I originally thought, only about 4% of the company traded so far. So the risk of exodus and selling pressure seems to not be a factor.
The other factor is 2015 FY results. They'll be out within a few weeks, any downgrade based on the 30% drop in dairy prices is the other risk I'm looking for to be factored into SP.
