Mind you I did have a relative in Brissy who kind of had a hobby where he would write to companies complaining about their product and would often get say a case of golden circle or a carton of chips. But they never argued injury or threatened litigation merely complained that the tinned pineapple was in a tin that was rusty on the inside or that the chips were stale. And they were a bit ocd and otherwise unemployable.
