My only problem with Telstra

I have no problem with Telstra as business. It is the strongest kid on the block.

My only problem with it is the Captain. Andrew Penn is the one of those fat and soft executives. The worst thing is he is from financial services. Telstra is semi technology company. Look at Microsoft under Steve Ballmer tenure. Technology needs a different breed of executive. Look at how many outages under his tenure. Does he have a vision for Telstra? All he does is hiring a bunch of fat executives who only know how to point and go through multiple layers to get things done. David Thodey was executive from IBM. The only mistake he made is passing the baton to Andrew.

David Teoh is a rugged player. You can smell he is the type willing to spill blood and get his hands dirty and run cost to the bone.

I am a Telstra holder. The game will get tougher. Andrew needs to show a strong hand otherwise we should all vote him out. It is not too late before David comes in eat out lunch.
