Cold mornings to stick around in SA

Teeth chattered through a bracing spring morning in South
Australia today - with more chilly starts on the way.
In fact, a few locations recorded their coldest September mornings
in decades. At just 1 degree, Meningie had their coldest September
morning since 1970 at a whopping seven degrees under the average.
Keith also had their coldest September minimum since 1995, with
temperatures dipping past the duck egg to -1 degrees. This works
out to be eight degrees below their average.
Closer to the big smoke, Mount Lofty had their coldest September
minimum in 13 years. Adelaide itself recorded six degrees, around
four degrees under the average.
