So where are we in this process?

I can't see where it says sit back and relax and wait for our invitation to submit

There are a whole lot of sign offs before there is an invite to submit. It could still be 1- 2 months or so before that happens. When MYL submits (it used to take 2 months) the MIC will vet the proposal. Once the vetted and determined, the announcement is now made within 10 days.

I suspect the recent SP gain was due to many not understanding the process.

The reality is, MYL continue to drift downward IMO.
