PNIX refers to the 'Pink Sheets' which means that the ADR's were available 'Over the counter' (OTCBB) rather than being exchange traded.
The fact that the company name is now showing as Covata is probably an anomaly stemming from the reverse takeover.
Current management has a stated goal of listing on NASDAQ however they haven't given any indication whether the format will be ADRs or CDIs as far as I am aware. My guess is we are about half way to their desired market cap.
