What triggered the 1st French Revolution (never mind the 2nd 3rd or 4th, not to mention 1968)?
I can't remember, was it a salt tax or some other tax?
Doesn’t matter, the French are always revolting, except when they make movies, wine & cheese.
Some issue boils up, it overflows and the next thing a government has fallen.
