Interestingly Shenghe gapped up on open and it only took 15 mins to hit 10% limit up and trading was halted.
Conversely CNRE gapped up then fell back and basically traded flat so far today.
HRE vs LRE?
HRE quota has basically been flat for several years now so doubt any stimulus there.
Has further consolidation been announced around Sth Group, with Shenghe the only listed entity?
Some other form of incentive/subsidy? Import concessions?
