Yes of course, but still it's well known that Google is the best tech company to work for in the valley and the reviews reflect that, so there is some level of accuracy it's not as if the reviews are overwhelmingly negative and it's more of a insight from employee perspective then you might be able to get otherwise..
Any company other than hospitality with exceedingly high staff turn over is a concern.
