    Hi tig

To have a free market does not necessarily mean that you have to throw the baby out with the bathwater

IMHO it just means that basic rules and parameters are laid down much the same as trading laws were set down in 1066
And within those rules if you want something you buy and sell without the government telling you that what you are doing is against some agreement THEY have signed with other countries.

What does a fee trade agreement mean to the people in the street ?? IMHO they believe that it means that we can buy and sell without restriction ---but in actual fact it lays down the rules regarding what we are allowed to sell and buy,, what we are allowed to grow, that we are not allowed to support our own suppliers and manufacturers, that we are not allowed to do anything to restrict the sale of stuff we buy even if it is dangerous, poisonous, bad for the people and country

Free trade agreements make it law that we not only follow the laws set by our government but the laws set by foreign governments as well, so the term Free trade agreement" is the worst type of oxymoron that you could devise and should be more correctly called "restrictive trade agreements "

And the biggest crime of the lot is that our governments signed our sovereignty away in secret.

Why do you think that they won't allow the FIRBto tell us who owns all our farming land?
