Unfortunately it appears that you do not know or understand practical economics.
The money that Labor says (is diverted) and that they will recover is a nothing but a dream, because when they change the NG rules in the expectation of getting more money, that money won't exist anymore because those investors will structure their investments in a different way.
Remember the mining tax that was to bring in billions? they never showed sufficient super profits to pay any tax.
