Hi,
As the price goes down , the chance of a positive response to the scheme decreases.
50% by number of shareholders and 75% of shares usually needed to pass.
Still very likely to pass , but with no cash offer , and a gap between the vote and final implementation , the uncertainty may be another factor against the scheme.
If the indicative price drops to near the last capital raising ,there may well be a lot of grumpy individual shareholders about.
