What I do not understand is if they felt ripping up a supposed $13500 driveway was appropriate they must be expecting blowback at some point, unless they seem to think they have some advantage, or the homeowner is impotent.
Them coming back and fixing it is a separate issue, unless they think they are Gods and can impose their will on the locals.
