I don't put too much weight on price predictions from brokers. IMO they are usually very conservative with the SP target to ensure better chance of successfully achieving the target.
Lets face it, a broker who is consistently not hitting SP targets is no good to any client. If they are saying 12 mth 14c target you could add a healthy premium to that IMO.
