Thanks for that Phil...My consistent opinion has been that China is in fact not asleep but very quietly building very important strategic projects which is diminishing their commodity stockpiles . India too will get going in a way unexpected. China's roads into Pakistan (literally meant) also need to be watched for future demand. Cheers
