what about explorers nearing production being conservatively priced right now due to the inherent speculative risk. I noticed in a few broker reports for such companies, conservative, rather than optimistic, figures are used in valuations, none of which are actually close to them.
what will happen once/if the probability of actual viable production becomes a greater probability?
the short term, ie till the end of year, still looks ok to me.
