You obviously are not able to understand trends that point upwards . Consistently you fellas have got it wrong - year in and year out and more rate drops are inevitable and more rises are inevitable in property prices. The biggest riddle is how you guys can not interpret the facts.
We have held during all this time and only see increase upon increase. Remember when cash was king on this site - what return now?
Clearly if you did not hold you would need to become delusional in conclusions drawn to remain bouyant. Maybe that is the answer - deny the obvious.
