New Summary.

My previous post did not include the existing shares and options and I am now including these:

Shares: 56.33 mill. +0.55 mill. in escrow.

Add 4 mill shares to Ireland to raise $3.12 mill. cash.

Options:
7 mill to pay 50 cents on 31/12/03 or a total of $3.5 mill.

0.2 mill +10 mill to pay $1 on 31/12/04 or $ 10.2 mill.
2 mill to pay 50 cents on 31/12/04 or a total of $1 mil.

4.75 mill options to pay $8.062 mill on 31/12/05


0.625 mill to pay $1 on 28 July 2009 , total $0.625 mill.
0.935 mill. to pay 50 cents on 28 July 2009, tot. $0.468 mill.
