"The Pedra Branca project was acquired from Xstrata, now Glencore, in 2012 for 30.7 million shares in Avanco, currently equivalent to an 8% holding, and a deferred cash payment of A$10 million, payable during the first year of commercial production. The potential test mining should not constitute commercial production and should not trigger this payment. We believe that the AVB shareholding is non-core for Glencore but have been informed that the block is not currently for sale"
