If a Fund or large investor wished to buy a decent sized stake in Avanco......How would they go about it?

An on market purchase would be very difficult and timely to do with out pushing the price up. Because there really isn't any volume of shares for sale on market.

So then you privately approach a large shareholder and make them an offer.Who is a large holder that might be interested in selling? Glencore..

But then you find out that they have a 10 million dollar reason not to sell.

Maybe that report was not meant for us to see..maybe it was...
