Net cash generated and available to use for something is a simple way to put it.... However once again my point is I don't think you can have it both ways, maximise growth opportunities, which requires greater working capital, potential JV's and or acquisitions etc etc as well as prudent debt repayment, AND pay dividends......happy to be surprised with an early dividend in the future provided it's not at the expense of intelligent growth....
I would suggest Appian, Blackrock and Greenstone are not invested here for early dividends but significant resource and company growth.
