Suspect servicing the borrowings that helped build PB that helped create that FCF will be the priority well before any dividends are on the table.......funding further discoveries and growth with the quality of prospective land that AVB has must be the priority over any cash returned to shareholders in my view..... The long game of earnings growth fuelled by FCF and intelligent borrowings will eventually provide the SP rewards that we all seek, albeit possibly over a slightly longer time frame than may be acceptable for some......
