It's a continuation of the economic trajectory under the Obama years. That trend does not end overnight just because of a change in the Presidency. I would say that what happens from about now can be partially owned by the Trump administration. I doubt the USA will match the improvement during the Obama years if it sticks to Trumps isolationist stance and as more of the worlds business goes to China and Russia and to emerging economies like India. Perhaps it wont be too bad for the USA as Trump may become more constrained in order to avoid impeachment and will certainly be forced to become more constrained if the Democrats gain control of the legislature at the coming elections. The other saving grace for the USA is that business and the States are likely to ignore Trump anyway.
